Iconic skateboarder Ray Barbee collides with Vans Vault with his take on the OG Sk8-HI LX. The silhouette incorporates an alignment of modern skateboarding culture and creativity and is inspired by Ray Barbee’s skateboarding photography passion. The silhouette features a traditional design but with a suede upper and authentic leather overlays. A traditional vulcanized midsole is placed, while high foxing tape also makes an appearance. A checkered print is seen inside the collar, nodding to the heritage of the Vans Vault legacy. The waffle rubber outsole ties together the aesthetic.
